Investigations are triggered when a user files a report of a user violating our Trust & Safety guidelines. Once a report is received, the Trust & Safety team reviews the livestream to determine the validity of the claim. Buyers and sellers can submit reports directly in the app for any infringement of our community guidelines. All reports are anonymous.

In addition to responding to reports, the Trust and Safety team also launches investigations proactively based on data analysis and tip-offs from the community. We regularly monitor seller and buyer data to understand patterns and habitual abuse of our policies. If we detect a pattern with evidence, we will take action against the user.
