Early Payout Program

Early payout allows sellers to receive payment upon label creation (versus the standard process of getting paid out 48-72 hours after the order is marked delivered).

As of August 8th, 2022, we revised our rolling early payout incentive to now grant seller accounts early payout each week based on the criteria below.

Early payout data will be pulled on Monday each week, and early payout will be enabled by the end of the day each Friday for those that meet the following criteria. This is an automated process and no application or enrollment is necessary.

• Seller must have lifetime sales of more than $100k (before fees) OR at least 1000 orders (does not include giveaways)

• Seller must have hosted at least 10 livestreams

• Seller must have a rating of at least 4.8 or higher. Your rating is most heavily influenced by whether you are shipping on time and packaging according to our guidelines so there is no damage

• Seller should not be on a second offense in any violation category of our What Actions We Take guidelines as this could disqualify you from Early Payout Eligibility (this will be determined on a case-by-case basis)

If you are on the Early Payout program and you cancel an order post-label generation, the corresponding balance will be deducted from your account.
