As you may know, the United States Postal Service (USPS) has temporarily suspended certain types of delivery service to Australia and New Zealand due to ongoing issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to continue accepting orders from buyers located in these restricted delivery locations, we must utilize USPS International Express service. This service level is the only type USPS will currently deliver in AUS/NZ. Please be aware that this service level comes at a higher cost. As always, Whatnot will not be charging a premium over our cost from USPS.
Buyers located in AU/NZ will be quoted and will pay International Priority Express shipping prices at cost in both Marketplace and Live. Each additional item purchased in a livestream after the first will cost you an additional $1 in shipping. Please click on the “ship & tax (info)” button before bidding to view your updated shipping cost.
