All bids are binding and all sales are final.

If you have a technical issue that results in a bidding error you must report this to support@whatnot.com within 2 hours of the error in order for a cancellation to be considered (We do not refund for buyer’s remorse).

All errors will be investigated, please provide as much documentation and evidence of the error as possible.
