Items Prohibited from Being Sold on Whatnot

Whatnot prohibits the following items from being sold:

• Adult/sex toys including, but not limited to massagers, condoms & lube
• Airbags
• Alcohol (e.g., beer, spirits, and wine) 
• Ammunition (new and used)
• Cigarettes, cigars, and tobacco
• Counterfeit items
• Human or animal remains (e.g., cremated remains, human and animal bones, taxidermy, etc.) 
• Drugs (e.g., illegal substances, marijuana, OTC medications, and prescription drugs)
• Drug paraphernalia (e.g., bongs, pipes, e-cigarettes, etc.)
• Dry ice
• Explicit or offensive items (e.g., Playboy magazines, pornography of any kind, etc.)
• Explosives
• Gasoline
• Glues
• Hand sanitizer
• Hemp products (including THC and CBD)
• Illegal items
• Items that violate the Terms and Conditions of our carrier partners
• Lewd structures (e.g., statues and other artwork depicting genitalia)
• Live animals
• Matches
• Medical products (e.g., supplies, medications, medical machinery, etc.)
• Paint (painted art is okay)
• Poisons and waste of any kind
• Radioactive materials (uranium dishware/cookware is okay)
• Raffle tickets
• Sexual wellness products (teas, gels, etc.)
• Stolen items
• Weapons (firearms, knives, etc.)
• Used undergarments
